Positional dependence of pulse shape discrimination in a monolithic CLLB crystal

Work from outside fusion, on radiation detection instrumentation. CLLB scintillators can distinguish neutrons from gamma rays by pulse shape, but that discrimination is not uniform across the crystal. This study characterizes how performance depends on where in the monolithic crystal the interaction occurs.
