Macroscopic trends of neoclassical tearing stability in high-field H-mode tokamak pilot plants

Neoclassical tearing modes limit achievable performance in high-field tokamaks, and whether a given pilot plant design is vulnerable to them depends on where it sits in a fairly large parameter space. This study maps macroscopic trends in NTM stability across that space for high-field H-mode pilot plant concepts.
